Often, when reflecting on our path and all of the challenges that have arisen, it becomes apparent that our baggage can stand in the way of our growth and our family’s progress. While deschooling tends to address the misalignment of our mind and behaviors, the parallel work of reparenting and inner-self healing more so targets our feelings, emotions, and the resulting somatics. What are our anxieties rooted in? How often do our past wounds steer our parenting? What are the ways we can gradually mend our heart and our body to show up curious and flexible for all that our young people bring?
